![]() ![]() #SETUP HIKVISION CAMERA USING LOGITECH ALERT COMMANDER INSTALL#I did get it into HomeKit and it worked, but no recordings. To setup the system, you must first install the Logitech Alert Commander software and plug in the two cameras. I have noticed that with just a single camera, scrypted often loses the connection to the camera. I installed scrypted alongside my hoobs install on an older raspberry pi. I’m using Wyze so I flash the RTSP firmware on a V3 camera and am able to successfully connect to it via VLC. When the format process completes, click OK. ![]() On the right, locate the camera you want to reset and select the Format option. Expand the Storage drop-down menu and select Cameras. NOTE: Make sure other computers on the same network arent running the Alert Commander software.
